It is our great pleasure to introduce to you our

2019 Destination Musical Theater Symposium: Boutique Broadway.

Cooper Voice Studio’s Boutique Broadway is an educational outreach branch of Go-DIVA! Productions, Inc. Boutique Broadway is designed to inspire, educate and prepare advanced level students,

in their Musical Theater (MT) vocal and acting training, for the “next step.”

​

What could be more perfect for that “next step” than hosting eight specially selected and talented individuals (age 15+) to gather in New York City and participate in a series of intense and interactive

“Boutique Clinics,” in the heart of the Broadway Theater District? 

 

Clinics will be led by New York based MT professionals. 

Topics and Activities will include:

 

• Audition Techniques for College MT Theater Programs

• Audition Techniques and taking direction for professional work on stage and screen

• Freelance performing and crossover work while waiting to be a Broadway star 

• Physiology & Neuroscience of healthy singing in a stressful world

• Attendance and post-show discussion of the hit Broadway musical "BE MORE CHILL"

 

ALL PARTICIPANTS

will appear as featured soloists, with professional pianist and coach, Ann Baltz,

in a public music Showcase at the Marc A. Scorca Hall of Opera America.
